Can I order drawstring bags in small quantities?

What is the difference between a drawstring bag and a carrier bag?
The main difference is how they are carried. A drawstring bag has drawstrings and can be worn on the back. A carrier bag has handles and is carried by hand or over the shoulder. How big is a drawstring bag?
