Printed burlap bags
The burlap bags are available in different types, colours and sizes. We have small, medium and large (exhibition) bags, shoppers and gift bags. They are, of course, made of brown jute, but glitter can also be used. For some bags you can even choose between different colours. The jute bags can only be printed with screen printing. On every product page you can see the specific printing options, such as the number of colours and the size of the printing area.
Eco bags made of jute and cotton
Juco bags are great sustainable bags! The bags are made of a combination between jute and cotton. Jute is the most used natural fiber after cotton. Jute is known for its strength and cotton for the good printing possibilities (see printed cotton bags). A combination of the two therefore provides the ideal material for making and printing eco bags. The cotton used in the juco bags is made from small vegetable fibers that are spun into long threads. These vegetable fibers are not treated with chemical components and are 100% sustainable!
Order branded jute bags
Ordering jute bags with your logo is very easy at Greengiving. You can order directly on our website or request a quote first. Once the order has been processed, we will send you a digital proof by email, showing how the print will be placed on the jute bag. Only when it has been approved will we start printing the bags. All bags can be ordered both printed and unprinted.

Are water-resistant jute bags available?
Yes. Our laminated jute bags feature a plastic coating on the inside. This helps protect the bag against moisture and makes it easy to wipe clean. Please note that the coating is made from plastic, which means the bag is no longer fully biodegradable and is more difficult to recycle than plastic-free alternatives. For dry products, our plastic-free jute bags remain the most sustainable option.
How can I buy jute bags in larger quantities at a competitive price?
At Greengiving, you can easily order large quantities of printed jute bags. The unit price decreases as your order volume increases. There are no printing setup costs and delivery throughout Europe is free of charge. Simple designs printed in one or two colours are generally more economical than full-colour prints. Unprinted jute bags are often delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Feel free to request a no-obligation quotation.
Can I order a sample jute bag?
Yes. You can order an unprinted sample directly from the product page. This allows you to assess the material, finish and quality before placing a printed order. Please note that requesting a sample may extend the overall delivery time of your final printed order.
Which printing techniques are suitable for jute bags?
Screen printing is the most common technique for printing on jute bags and supports up to four colours. This method provides a clear and durable print on the coarse surface of jute. If you would like a bag with a detailed or multi-colour design, we are happy to advise you on suitable options for full-colour printing. Embroidery is not available for our jute bags.
What is the difference between jute bags and cotton bags?
Both materials offer distinct advantages. Jute is a strong natural fibre that is robust, durable and maintains its shape even when carrying heavier loads. Its surface is rougher than cotton and it is less easy to fold or clean. New jute bags may also have a characteristic natural scent that fades over time. Prolonged exposure to moisture is not recommended. Cotton bags are softer, more comfortable to carry and easier to clean. Looking for the best of both worlds? Which jute bags are best for shopping and carrying groceries?
For supermarkets and dry food products such as bread, fruit and vegetables, we recommend plastic-free jute shoppers with long handles, reinforced seams and a sturdy base. A capacity of 15 to 20 litres is generally sufficient for weekly shopping. For damp products or unpackaged frozen goods, a bag with a moisture-resistant lining is a practical choice. Reusable shopping bags should always be cleaned after transporting meat, fish or fresh produce.
