Order printed pens
You can easily place an order online on our website. Of course you can also request a quote first. Before we start printing or engraving your pens, you will always receive a digital proof containing the product and the position of your logo or text. The printing process is only started after your approval of the visual.

How wide/long can the print be?
This varies per pen. You can find the print dimensions in the product specifications, to the right of the product description.
Which parts of the pen can be printed?
In most cases, the barrel (the part you hold) and/or the clip can be printed. Some pens can also be printed all the way around. On the product page, you’ll find the available printing options, including the print dimensions.
Will small text still be legible?
This depends on the maximum height of the print area, but it is best to avoid very small text or details. You will always receive a digital proof, so you can see how the text will appear. Not sure? Contact our team for advice.
Can I choose between blue and black ink?
Yes. Several of our pens are available with either blue or black ink, including Senator and BIC models. If this option is available, you can choose your preferred ink colour in step 2 on the product page.
Can I order several pens as samples?
Absolutely. You can request a free sample pack, or order a sample of a specific pen directly from its product page.
