What is your return policy?
We’re happy to make sure your order is handled properly. Did something still go wrong? Then we’ll of course fix it. Different rules apply for printed and unprinted products.
Printed products
Promotional gifts and promotional items are custom-made. They are produced according to your requirements, with the digital proof as the leading reference. Once you approve it, production starts and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, which means you generally cannot return printed products. They are personalised and cannot be reused.
Sometimes, something can still go wrong. Please contact us immediately if:

the print differs from the approved digital proof;

your order arrived damaged;

you received the wrong products (or part of your order).
Depending on the situation, we’ll agree on the best solution together, such as a reprint/replacement delivery, a credit note (for the incorrect part), or another appropriate solution.
Report an issue
Want to report an issue or complaint? Email or call us and mention your order number. If there is damage or a print error, please include photos right away so we can assess it quickly. Please don’t dispose of packaging/products until we’ve agreed the next steps together.
Unprinted products & samples
Unprinted items and samples can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received and checked the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. In this case, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please contact our customer service in advance if you want to return unprinted items.
I received the wrong items. What should I do?

The items are printed wrongly. What should I do?
The digital proof is always leading. In the unlikely event that the printing is different from the proof and the articles are therefore unusable, please contact us for a solution.
