These bags are made from GRS-certified recycled cotton. Textile production leftovers are reused to create new material, giving existing fibres a second life. This makes a significant difference. Producing recycled cotton requires far less water and fewer raw materials compared to conventional cotton production. Around 150 employees work at the factory, of whom 90% were previously unemployed. The majority are women who now support their families through their work in Tamil Nadu.
